– A fair cut is paid to the Licensor under the conditions he/she has freely determined.

Fair exclusivity cases restrict the freedom to copy, distribute and/or modify the licensed Work.

Different terms of Fair cut and/or Fair exclusivities can be applied to Subsequent works.

The position of the V determines which modalities are variable :

1 - The license elements represented by the acronym directly preceding the “V” have variable terms.

2 - All the license elements represented by the two acronym that precede the “V2” have variable terms.
